Come on LA clean your place up how about fixing the wood around the heater in sauna and clean the nasty floors it’s been this way for several months and the trash cans overflowing everywhere and lockers look like they never have been cleaned what the heck. Employees just sitting around not doing nothing when it comes to housekeeping. Here are some pictures can we say unsanitary!!!

Pretty particular about my gyms since it’s where I spend majority of my time outside of work and home! I have been going to LA Fitness for over a year now (initially in Ballantyne and now the one in Rock Hill). First, the staff at LA Fitness is top notch. Very friendly, courteous, and hard working. I always see the gym being cleaned and maintained daily which is huge. The trainers you can tell really care about their clients and wanting them to succeed. The atmosphere is very welcoming as well to people from all walks of life. They have pretty good equipment that is in good shape. The sauna is the star of the show though, which gets up to 200-205 degrees. Overall I am satisfied with my experience at LA fitness and will continue to give them my business going forward. This is base off the aquatics. The health department should be involved. Hot tub is nasty (pict below..) cold as ice.. black build up around the inside perimeter. The pool just got fixed but still is dark and temp isn't correct as advertised.The women's sauna is hot yes but something is wrong with it. No floor mat so keep shoes on. Fifty under rhe bench. I'm so shocked how this place is.. 2/6/24 still down 3 months. I'll keep the dates coming. I should be reimbursed because this is what I really bought the membership for

I researched several different gyms in the Rock Hill SC to find a good one to visit as I’m from NC and was gonna be up that way on business. LA Fitness was clean, the staff were also helpful and gave me a tour. The gym was 2 stories and had lots of equipment. The reason I left the 4-star is because although it was decent it was very basic. I travel around finding the best gyms in an area and this one was just like alot of other franchise gyms. If you’re looking for a simple gym that’s clean and has alot of equipment, this may be for you. But if you’re looking for a hype workout with a energetic environment this may not be for you.

Sean did my initial assessment and was very helpful laying out trainer options. Would highly recommend anyone new to the gym, to spend their initial 30-minutes with Sean. My only concern with the gym, is that the bathrooms need to be checked far more often. It’s not always the fault of the gym, but its (male) patrons treat the locker room like a dumpster and it shows sometimes.

Sean did my assessment and was very helpful laying out the plans in regards to trainers . Would highly recommend. I completed a initial 30-minutes with Sean and he was very helpful and patient. I left planet fitness to come to LA and glad I did. Sean has great customer service.
